Calamitas
Combining classic JRPGs, western TTRPGs, and… cartoon logic?! Calamitas encourages players to ad-lib, break the rules, and make their own.
What is Calamitas?
A fully open-ended tabletop role-playing game that simplifies familiar mechanics while expanding possibilities for players.
- The GM (Gamemaster) is optional. Players have everything they need right within the rulebook.
- Spend Logic Points to cheat the rules of reality and pull off a toon-style shenanigan. Get out of trouble in the most hilarious way you can think of.
- Cash in a Corruption Point to sabotage an enemy action (or a friend’s….). Make them critical fail, and you get to decide the punishment.
- Generate the world through dice rolls, or improv it as you see fit. Or both. Your game, your story.
